Re: My apex account got banned for no reason

Hi @BlackPink-IYA

There are some bans the ban history page doesn't display. In the 'My Ban History' page, you should see this mentioned in the blue section:

You may have bans or suspensions that don't show on this page.

Terms of Service aim to send an email out when bans are added though so there may be an email with more context about a ban/suspension in your inbox. Please double-check your emails for an email from the address 'noreply@ea.com' or 'ea@e.ea.com'.

Sorry to hear about the support site looping. I'm not sure what's happening with the reroute to the main page but, the support team wouldn't be able to assist you with a ban investigation. Our Terms of Service team look into ban cases, and of you think the ban, lock, or suspension on your EA Account mistakenly, you can appeal the decision with them by filling out the webform. This guide will share more about that:

  • Hi,

thank you for telling me these. I've already appealing once, which get "We checked the account you used to create this case but didn’t find any restrictions on it.". But it still shows “banned” when I loggin to the game, Could you please tell me what should I do right now.

    Thank you

    Best regards

    Hi @BlackPink-IYA,

I'll do my best! Let's see, the EA account you reached out to Terms of Service was checked and there were no active bans found...

Can you share how you load up Apex? Do you play it in Steam or through a console for example?

  • Hi @EA_Lanna ,

Thank you, I load up apex by PC, and I tried both steam and EA. Both of them shows my account get banned.

    Thank you

    Best regards

    Hi @BlackPink-IYA

Ok, interesting. So you can open it up in the EA App? While you're still logged into the account you loaded up Apex from on the EA App, could you double-check the email address registered there matches the email you provided to Terms of Service for the ban appeal?

    1. Go to your EA Account and Billing Settings.
    2. Click on the About Me tab.
    3. Check the Email Address from this page.

  • Hi @EA_Lanna

I can open it in the EA app, and it is the same email Address.

I checked my EA data which download from EA website, it shows everytime I open the game , the login is success. but then I will be kicked out from game.

    Thank you

    Best regards

I had this same issue last week where i was told I had no restrictions. Live ea chat stated this a known issue and itll be fixed. Can still play on console using same account.

I appealed the ban again 2 weeks later and am now accused of cheating with no email or details of what cheating. I killed some afk bots in a  lobby once in season 20 is all I can think of.

Last night i was able to login for an hour (miraculously) by spamming the continue button. I closed my game multiple times to test and it somehow still worked.

tested again today and i am banned again.

If u submit another appeal to TOS they might just give you the ban hammer.

I checked my EA data and status at top says BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER after I appealed the second time

TOS responses feel automated, every forum I read is the exact same email including my own. If you end up appealing and getting banned I can share my email.
