We cannot make any changes for you here on the forums.
Please make sure you're starting a new case using the steps from my post so there are as few delays as possible.
If you have already started a case, you can watch for any replies here: https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases/but i already send some ticket for this, but EA wont response my ticket/case. the timer always 5 and 6 minutes sometime change to 2 minutes and change again to 4 minutes. please help me sir mako ☹️(
