My Son's account is also seeing this error (Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later. (104)). He is under 13 and on a child xbox account.
My account works just find (adult account). We only have 1 xbox on our network.
How do i fix this?
My kids were happily playing the game, however after coming off the game, it now does the same as your error 104 code, the account is a child’s account and I have no problems with my account (adult)
have tried contacting ea help via live chat earlier tonight and despite being in a queue no one got back to me. I’ve seen some people and EA advisors have said this could be because two people trying to play the game on same IP but that’s got to be BS... every game that I have had over the years including EA titles has worked with 2/3 people using same internet... I have three Xbox’s and never had this problem before, they have by the looks of it changed something as was working before.
1: account having error 104 is under thirteen.
2: Yes, using two/three consoles on the same network, wired and wireless have tried changing around. Also have tried just using the 1 console.
3.: have done all the troubleshooting I can regards resetting Xbox and router ect and restarting game and reinstalling it
My son has a child’s account on ps4 and I was given the option in game to set him up an account with my email. After I verified it was me the game let him play for about 2 hours and he lost connection and now has the oops error any ideas
2 consoles, my account and 2 child accounts. Child 1 xbox 1 has my account on it and is not the home console. On xbox 1, child 1 was the first to access the game and can play the game on Xbox 1 and 2. I can play on both consoles with my account. Child 2, Xbox 2 home console cannot sign in on either. 104 error. Today I changed child 2 to an adult account. Still same issue, so I don't think it's a child account thing.
One of your child accounts is set up with a DOB under 18years old that is what the error 104 is. So I was told by EA. EA games wont let you play online with most games if under 18yrs old. On ps4 I had to make a new guest account(over 18) to play
Oh right thats rubbish. As part of our family settings on the xbox any game that's age restricted he has to ask my permission. So I've already ok'd that and then EA stop him after that!
I can't see the point in setting up a new account just for one game!! Maybe he'll go back to playing fortnite.

I'm just telling you what the error is after a couple days of the same problem; though I was on PS4. I created a new guest account with age DOB over 18 and problem solved. This is your answer to the problem regardless if you agree with it or not.
