Re: Prime gaming

Hey @RealityChexk01,

Did you link or unlink any other platforms when getting your Prime Gaming connected? That's typically the reason we'd see your cosmetics disappear like this, as unlinking an account will affect your progress.

If that's the case you'd just need to re-link the same account to get access back to your skins and legends.

If you're still having any trouble please do reach out to an advisor so they can take a closer look at the account for you.

  • Yea that’s what happened I messed up. Thing is I don’t know the information and didn’t recognize the email on my first ea account and since I unlinked it. The EA advisors couldn’t find it so they can’t do nothing. I’m just mad at myself for not knowing this * earlier nothing I can do now they said. Since me not knowing the email they can’t help me. Appreciate the help tho just mad at myself honestly. Lost all my skins man.

Ah I see, really sorry to hear that @RealityChexk01.

If you do happen to recall any other emails or find screenshots showing your old username even, that type of information may help us track down the account.

You should be able to go through these steps to recover everything if you find that information later, but don't hesitate to reach back out to an advisor if you come across any other email or account names that may help us locate the account in the meantime.

  • Honestly the only thing I remember was the username ID Snipure that’s the ea ID and that’s my original account. I don’t know the email on that account at all so yea bro I’m just * fr. Appreciate the help like I said really just * myself over trying to get the skin. Not worth it after losing all my previous ones.

If you have the EA ID, that should be enough for an advisor to pull up the account itself, even if you don't remember the email address.

At that point they would just need to verify some other information about the account before they can make any changes including updating the email for you, but that's definitely worth reaching back out to an advisor with the EA ID so they can take a look.
