Re: Problem with Apex ( Can't start the game )

Hey @WholesomeGirl

Make sure you check that windows is up to date.
Best way to check this is Clean booting and opening settings.
Update & Security and check for Windows Updates.

If that didn't solve the issue.

Press your windows key, type CMD.

Then right click the command prompt icon and run as administrator.

Now type here: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

This can could take a couple minutes to start and maybe around 30 minutes to complete.

When that is done, try to run the sfc /scannow.

When you see Verification 100% complete, type exit and reboot.

Now try to launch Apex Legends again.

Let me know if that changed anything

    Hey @WholesomeGirl

I have plenty of other troubleshooting steps.
Have you done anything yesterday that could have affected Apex?

To have a bit more information about your system it would helpful if you attach a Dxdiag file.

  • Hello @Zeelmaekers

I havent done anything, i just wanted to play apex and then all of a sudden that error popped up for me

i've attached the dxdiag.txt like you requested
