The best first step is a power cycle which can help clear up technical issues like this.How to power cycle your PlayStation console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PlayStation console for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
Now if that doesn't fix it, definitely check your audio settings on your console.

For networking, if your NAT is STRICT, that can limit you from speaking with some teammates. In that case, power cycling the network can usually help before you have to consider making any advanced network changes.Reboot the power to the modem/router
