Re: PSN Account linked to the wrong EA account.

Hey @louisonmyvuitton

Apologies I am unable to read the message in your screenshot, what does it say?

Also to confirm, based on what you have described in both this thread and the other one I linked.

It sounds like you had a PSN Account that was tied to an EA account, you unlinked that account which would result in losing your items, progress, etc as they are saved on an EA account level.

You now have the PSN linked to a new EA account and your account has gone through the Cross Progression process but does not have your items, progress, etc. In order to try and restore this you would need to relink the PSN account to the original EA account you played under.

Thanks!

I am having the same issue. I linked my PSN account to the wrong EA account and I can't unlink my account for 6 months. Is there a way to avoid this wait time and get my account + all my items back?

You can try reaching out to the support team directly to see if they have any other options available outside that 6-month cooldown to get your PSN linked back to its original EA account.

Try creating a new case here and selecting Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
