Hi @n3bula2323,
Did you make the purchases on PC? If so could you check these things, please?
- Confirm your purchase is processing in your bank account.
- Quit out of the game completely, then restart it.
- If you’re playing on Steam, try launching your game from the EA app.
- Powercycle your system.
If that hasn't helped the coins to come through please:
- Collect your proof of purchase for the missing Apex Coins. Without this, our support team can’t help you.
- Contact EA support directly.
