Sorry to hear you're having some trouble signing back into Apex.
If you've gone through these steps as well to reset the password but the prompt keeps appearing, that sounds like your system may be linked to an older EA Account rather than the one you've been resetting.
If that's still popping up for you please contact support directly so they can take a look over the account with you to help clear this up. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.
