Re: Restore game progress

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

Any time an account is unlinked there's a chance your progress will be permanently lost, as mentioned in our article here and the warning when unlinking an account. 

If there's a chance you've re-linked to a different EA account it would still be worth trying to get that linked back to the original, however if you've re-linked to the EA account where the progress was originally made and that wasn't returned, there wouldn't be any other way to try restoring that progress, sorry.
