    Recently upgraded to a RTX 3080 + Ryzen 9 5900x + 3600MHz CL14 Ram

Has not made a difference, while I hold a constant 240fps, never does it drop, the gameplay will jitter from time to time, it looks as if the refresh rate it set low when its not, its set to 240Hz

Bro I got the same setup and the game lags and jitters without any fps drop or ping fluctuations.

I love this game but this game doesn't love me.

Also I found out somewhere that Apex lags more and consistently on a Ryzen 5000 series processor.

I am going back to Valorant, also I've tried every fix there is in the world and I played this game for almost 2 seasons but now I am done its depressing even tho I play above average it lag and most of the times I loose the end games where I can easily win and am unable to get better because of the lag.

I hope this game gets fixed for everyone but I doubt it.

The update was for the event, but there is definitely had to been some under the hood performance improvements I feel
