I'm sorry, but something like this isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If you've already contacted the TOS team that's all you would need to do for the time being. They would need to review the account and determine if the ban could be overturned. 


Each of these appeals is handled on a case-by-case basis, so if the team is working through a lot of cases it may take a while to complete the investigation. Unfortunately we don't have a way of seeing exactly how long it might take. Please keep an eye on your email, and the TOS team will follow up with you as soon as they can.

  • the last part of your advice is not correct.

    I spoke to EA support on the phone today, according to them on the phone if your case does not get a reply within 7 days, they just 'expire' your case without notifying you.

    You need to make a new case now if you want a reply.
