Re: This Profile is not permitted to play online

Hi I have the same issue with both my Nintendo switch accounts. I have contacted Nintendo and my accounts are fine with them. I have contacted ea and they said I have no bans. I can not play on either of my accounts and I don't know why. I have never done anything wrong at all. I have contacted them multiple times to get this fixed. I am not sure why I can't play either of my games now.

    Hi I did these steps and it seems to work. I wish my main account worked tho

    @KittyBuss I did this earlier but it didn't work for me :') but someone else here mentioned that they had "convert speech to text" on and then they started having that problem. And I turned that on yesterday. So I turned it off and my game started working 🤗

    Yeah I guess there is a problem with incoming text chat to speech, if it is enabled it will not work so make sure it is disabled
