I'm afraid that's not something we would be able to do. The EA Help team should be able to look into your account and see what they can do to help. 

If you're still having trouble setting up a case with them I'd recommend clearing out your browser cache to see if that helps. I've seen some cases in the past where cached data in the browser can cause some issues setting up a case on the EA Help website. 

If you're still having trouble getting a case set up after that let me know.

@EA_KentEA help was able to contact me and after a thorough investigation, they concluded it was just an error in the system and gave me the skin. Thank you for helping.

Ok but I did and they tell me to contact twich about the issue and when I did that they told me to contact the devs

First I contacted Twitch, the gift is issued on their end. Awaiting deployment by the developer, or something like that.

I got told by the first rep to unlink and re-link my EA and Twitch accounts. Then got told to wait 24 hours. Talk to the 2nd advisor, and got told I didn't meet the requirements because the accounts weren't linked and there's nothing they could do.

I didn't receive it on either the PC or PS4, and yes everything is on the same EA account.

Some customer support you guys got there.
