i have the same problem and cant find a solution its so disgusting that with every season you have to work arround a new problem

edit: manually install or repair EAC worked for me now it starts as usual....

Easy Anti Cheat,
search for the eac folder, launch eac.exe as admin, click repair or install, click finish.
launch game.
