Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended
So just today I couldn't log in to origin and then found out my account was permabanned as:
WE WISH TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE FOUND YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR USER AGREEMENT OR OUR TERMS OF SALE, AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS VIOLATION WE ARE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
I've contacted the TOS team and I'm currently awaiting a reply. I've seen on the EA Answers HQ others have been banned without reason. I am an honest player, never cheated or done anything deliberately to go against the system. So naturally, I'm baffled as to why I've been banned. The only game I play is apex legends with over 1000 hours spent into the game. So not being able to play something that is like a part of me would be very annoying.
I've seen EA Darko suggest steps to contact the team and get help and I have done this. I am just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and what they did to fix this. Please can someone help without saying speak to the TOS team as I have already filed a case.
