Hi @EA_Lanna

Did you answer just by looking at the title?

There is no answer to the content at all.

    Hi @totosub2,

I did read your post and responded with the best advice I can offer you to help you understand why you were banned.

I cannot tell you why you were banned. We won't have this information to share on the forums. This is why I've recommended you read your emails from Terms of Service. You will have received more emails than you have shared in your post above and in them will be context as to why you received a ban. You'll have an easier time finding that email if you search for the email address Terms of Service would have sent it from.

OK, I won't ask you any more why.

    BUT

I swear I didn't break the Rules of Conduct.

The only program I used is a program that organizes unnecessary processes, and I use it before I turn on the game and end it.

For a smooth game, I shut down all unnecessary programs and even turn off the Internet windows.

But how can it be a BAN?

    I hardly ever chat.
Only say "Sorry" and "mb(my bad)".

Also, I have only reported one user suspected of using Cheat.

    Just only ONE

Lastly, I forced the game to end, and it was in classical mode, not rank, and I was already dead and watching my friend play without being able to revive it. Then, when my friend died, the game stopped completely and I had no choice but to forcefully end it.

    It became BAN after that

Do you really think this is a violation of EA's Rules of Conduct?
And do you really think this is a legitimate BAN reason?

But "Customer Experience" says it is.

This is why I am protesting and writing here.
