Refund : Apex Legends

I made a mistake and bought too much Digital Currency (Apex Coins). Is a refund possible? If so, i would like to have a refund Game : Apex Legends Region : Europe

Generally, in-game currency and DLC purchases are not refundable.

There may be certain circumstances where exceptions can be made though.
