Reimbursement For Loss Progression
I have been trying to get an issue resolved regarding the Apex Coins that I had bought for my Xbox account, which was then merged over by my PC account, which had almost no progression whatsoever. I had spent over $500 spent and two heirlooms that I loved on that Xbox account gone in an instant. In a support ticket I submitted, I didn't ask for a replacement for my lost items, but rather reimbursement for the lost Apex Coins. I also attached a whole document of receipts and order numbers to confirm that the Xbox account that I used for 3+ years had lots of lost value, so if anyone knows if this is possible, or if there is anything else I need to make it feasible, then it would be appreciated.
I love this game, especially with the new perks. After taking a hiatus from this game to pursue school, I find myself falling back into the game all over again. Getting anything out of this account issue would just be icing on the cake. Have a wonderful day, and maybe I'll see you guys on the field.
