Report Cheaters yet case gets mislabeled by EA

I just put in a case to report 3 cheaters across numerous accounts while giving all the information of the numerous gamertags, apexlegendsstatus sites and twitch sites all to confirm them using smurf accounts to cheat and boost each others main accounts. The email I then received concerning my Open Case was talking about problems with linking accounts.

I'm reporting Cheaters with enough information to easily look into these accounts and yet the AI BOT reading my report thinks I'm talking about linking accounts. Now there is no way for me to add a comment after the fact saying EA Help misinterpreted my Report/Case or to further talk to an Advisor to fix this issue. That's why I decided to publish it here to hopefully get help with this issue by an advisor.
