Generally a clean install or update of your video drivers will help with this.

Thanks.
Friend's got a build with a Ryzen 5600X and RTX 3070, having same DXGI issue. I thought it was graphics related but I'm starting to think it may be a game optimization issue with the new Zen 3 5000 series AMD processors, as all 3 people as of past 2 weeks in this thread have one.
I've tried every kind of resolve possible
- Clean installs of latest and numerous archived nvidia gpu drivers & amd chipset drivers
- Mobo/GPU bios flashes
- Static paging file changes
- Reg edits for TdrLevel/Delay timeouts
- AMD Ryzen Master OC off and on
- Changing power plan settings like PCI link & minimum/max processor state etc.
- Reinstall of directx/.net/c++ redists
- Game client on both steam/origin with file rechecks
- Debug mode on Nvidia control panel/no oc mode on GPU
- Numerous configs of Vsync forced off/adaptive & capping fps and fps max unlimited launch commands
- User account control off and force everything to be ran as admin
- Setting monitor to 60Hz from 144Hz
- Fresh install of windows, prime95'd (cpu/mem stress test), msi kombustor'd (gpu stress test) and memtested the hell out of this machine as well, there's nothing wrong with it.
Simply assuming game is bugging with newish hardware.
