WHY IS APEX SERVER SINGAPORE SO BAD ????????? IM AM FROM SINGAPORE AND IM GETTING 250+MS ALL THE TIME ???? WHAT IS THIS

This problem has been around forever. Most of the time it's only Singtel users, so if you're using Singtel or other ISP like Viewquest which runs on Singtel cables, you don't really have an option but to change ISP or just leave the game and go next one(assuming not ranked/mixtape just trios). If ranked etc, then tough luck you gotta play with 200+ms until the game ends.
