I noticed this after new update released, so my spot shadow detail option stays always at low and can't be disable either

Thank you very much I thought I was the only onesame issue. havent played apex in days thinking they would fix it but they havent. but if it involved money they would be on it quick
- @Ash_is_Ace Force disable it within the json file, when done just put the file in read-only
Its not stuck at low the setting just always changes itself to 1 higher(no to low and low to high)

- @scepticflaw Saved Games > Respawn > search for videoconfig.cfg > everything named "shadow" set to 0
good call, this has been driving me nuts! I have a 3080 but I still like to run Apex as streamlined as possible. your fix took about 1 minute and appears to have worked
- @Ash_is_Ace i wish people would stop saying change it in config file cause that does NOT work.
