Stuck in lobby menu and credits (wallet) won’t load

I have been stuck on the same lobby screen every time I log into apex legends, my character is like static moving every 3 seconds, with my credits and all that loading, I also can’t access any of the other tabs at the top besides the menu and cannot go into any game. I’ve tried literally everything to fix this but nothing has worked. Deleted and reinstalled the game 3 times. Fully reset ps5 like 3 times, changed graphics resolution lower, didn’t work, checked for updates, none, restored game liscense, nothing, and much more. I just wanna play the game man and nothing is working. If anyone has ever had this happened and some how fixed it, please let me know asap. Thanks 🙏

    have the same issue did you ever get it fixed ive tried everything under the sun trying to fix this

    me to. cant play on steam or PS5. same bug. seems related to account not computer or internet.... Help

    Hey folks, 

    If you're still getting stuck in lobby, could you please answer the following so we can investigate it further: 

    • Region you play from
    • Internet provider/internet speed
    • Platform you playing on.

    Its been a few months, is it still broken or did you find a fix? I am having this same issue...
