Stuttering issues after genesis update

tell me why others can play this game normally 🙂, although they have the same or worse equipment and do not have stuttering
@L4JKAN 10 min ago my PC got lugged and i needed to restart it. Then i entered the game and all my settings was changed to default, also my fps downed to 50-60. Likely i remembered all my settings so i returned it but fps lug isn`t cool i`ll fix it tomorrow, i hope.
