- 4 years agoI fix my stuttering by reinstalling my windows and buying a new hard drive
- 4 years ago@Cheeseborgar68 That's not a fix lol. I already updated windows which fixed it temporarily, but it's back again. I have everything on SSDs, the game runs on an NVMe SSD, so not the issue here.
- 4 years agothe reason lies with the game, I also uploaded fresh widndows, drivers, config, I turned off hpet, the game is on the m2 disk, the processor does not have 100% consumption like most of you, but the game has a strange microstuttering delay, and this only occurs in this game

@L4JKANfor me is exactly the issue I have! Most of people here are confusing stutter caused by network, origin memory leak, pc poor cpus, and other instead of microstuttering provided by the game engine.
In a good status, good HW, good connection, clean OS, all updated, there is a microstutter in game, only fixable with RTSS usin it's own FPS limiter adding 1 frame delay!! Developer needs to improve it!! Using an old Nvidia driver update (before rtx3000 and nvidia reflex feature) setting up ultra low latency mode on nvidia control panel, stuttering will gone!
But old drivers or RivaTunerStatistics to lock FPS aren't the solutions!! - 4 years ago
btw that post have atm 900+ replays :D
- 4 years ago@xiopiyeotl because it is still not fixed

Funny for you ?
oh you might be a fun GUY JA Ja JA
very funny and rude btw

that was ironic lol

Vsync off, Ultra Low latency mode, Nvidia reflex OFF + RivatunerStatistics capping frames to your refresh rate.
If you are using a Gsync monitor: Vsync ON, Ultra Low latency mode, Nvidia reflex OFF + RivatunerStatistics capping frames to 138.
You guys should be know that Nvidia Reflex should be enabled ONLY if you GPU is reaching more than 85% of its usage! No benefits are coming if your GPU is not the bottleneck!
an useful note: Nvidia reflex on + Boost while using Gsync monitor provides you the 138fps cap on 144hz monitor.
quickly priority of latency better fps cap: CONFIG FILE or command launch (engine limiter)>IN GAME (engine limiter)>RTSS (CPU limiter)> NVIDA Control Panel (Driver limiter)ENGINE provides instant reactivity (Config or In-Game should be the same effect, but in some games not), CPU limiter provides "1" frame latency fixing ANY stutter (you can check by yourself monitoring frametimes), Driver limiter: i'm not sure about how many frames is delaying, but for sure is not fixing stutter, and frames should be "2" as I know!
EDIT: About V-sync, in-game or control panel? Normally In-game is better, because of some games are using their own optimization, BUT if you are usig G-sync feature, the behavior will be totally different and my advice is enabling on Control Panel and off on games
I hope that my post is help someone understanding more about it !
