The account information is missing.

Question

I haven't played Apex for a while, but today I logged in and found that my account data has been reset. My level is back to 1, and all the skins I previously had are gone. Many of my achievements are also missing. I hope you can help me resolve this issue. Thank you so much!

Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to&nbsp;unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.&nbsp;
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.&nbsp;
