The account number was missealed.

On January 12, I logged on to steam day in the Internet cafes. I logged on to the platform in the Internet cafes. I played a new game and signed up for the game. I've been playing this new game. I haven't logged in to the Apex hero.

By January 14, I came to the Internet cafe on the next login steam day and found that my account name had been changed when I logged in to the Apex hero. After logging into the Internet hero, I found that my game had been moved by others, and then the account was blocked, asking friends if they had logged in to my game account, no. Then I went to check the login records and found that I had logged in to the Apex hero on January 12, but I didn't log on to the Apex hero on January 12. It is concluded that it is against the balance of the game to use third-party software to open and hang accounts stolen by others.

The reason for the ban is not that I violated Apex's wish that the official can lift the ban on my game (Apex hero).)

    Sorry to hear what happened.

Here on the forum we really cannot help you out with account Bans except for providing some advice.

It looks like your account got hacked and the hacker got it banned.

Logging in to play games (or do anything else) at an Internet Café is just a bad choice for many reasons:

    1. It is not your hardware so you do not know what goes on with it and have no control over it.

    2. Since it is not your hardware you would also not know all of the software the hardware has installed again you have no control.

    3. Many people use the hardware and you do not know or have control on what they do with it.

Below are some tips you might look into about getting your account back and the ban lifted:
If you think your account was compromised or hacked and this lead to your Ban you should contact EA support.
If you think that you were unfairly Banned or would like to appeal you Ban you will have to reach out to the Terms of Service team (ToS).

Please note that you are responsible for your account and if you let someone else use your account and they violate the ToS you are responsible for the violation and may have to suffer the consequences.
Make sure to secure your account and enable 2 factor ID.

Learn from your mistakes and do not repeat them. Internet Cafes are not really that safe.

I really hope that the advice is helpful and wish you the best of luck with your account.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @Kongwooo.

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
