The Client's game account has been banned

I was in the firing range warming up and the game crashes with the error "The client's game account has been banned". When I checked my account ban history there it shows I have no infractions or any sorts of ban on the ID. Then I came across this video of MANDE a well known streamer/content creator in which he also got banned live with the same error and he also got his id back! I have raised a case regarding this issue and still waiting for a response from the advisors!

I submitted another ticket asking what I used to hack with. I have two factor auth on so I don't think someone logged into my account, but maybe hacked me while I was playing to trigger the anti cheat? I have no idea. This is beyond frustrating though.

@ClamSlaya I even stream on YouTube and there's no record that i've used any sort of cheats! I don't even use my Mouse software dude! Reset my pc every 2(or)4 months. Even they are not presenting a precise reason of what caused the Ban. They surely have the record of it!
