There's a critical issue related to the account suspension.
My account was suspended on June 6th, and after a legitimate inquiry, the suspension was lifted on June 10th.
However, on July 26th, I was suddenly suspended again, right after an update. The issue is that when I downloaded and checked the EA data, I could see the logs for the June 6th suspension and the June 10th lifting of the suspension, but I couldn't find any log for the suspension on July 26th.
Additionally, when I checked the penalty cases on my account, there was nothing listed.
I contacted support about this, and after 10 days, the response I received was to follow the procedure and submit a legitimate request for suspension lifting. However, since there’s nothing listed under penalty cases, I can’t proceed with the steps they provided.
I then contacted LiveChat to explain this issue, but the response I received was to follow the procedure and request the suspension lifting through the steps.
How can I resolve this?
