Three strikes rumble re entering glitch

Hello EA/Apex, I was top 9% in this new rumble game mode in Three strikes. From my understanding when you re enter, it would restart your progress but still let you play. But however, what happened to me was that I cant play now because I re entered. So if at possible, could I get all of my Rumble rewards back please and thank you.
