TOS team mostly doesn't read the emails that players tell them
As my headline suggests, the TOS team mostly doesn't read the emails that players tell them. Their daily job is to throw the account's data into the system and check it again. The system that judged the account to be "cheating" will still judge the account to be "cheating", and then the player will receive an email saying that they have investigated the account for cheating.
For myself, I personally spent more than $1,000 in my account and owned 11 family heirlooms, and even that account was still banned for "cheating." This is funny. Would anyone be stupid enough to cheat on an account that spent over a thousand dollars? Later, I communicated with the customer service staff and asked them to show detailed evidence of account cheating, but they couldn't provide it. I think they didn't have detailed evidence of account cheating at all. As mentioned in the title, TOS team did not tell the account the detailed reasons for cheating in the email, nor did it lift the ban on my account.
Don't spend even a dollar on EA games in the future. That's the lesson I've learned.
By the way, I have created more than 100 cases, and in each case, the TOS reply emails did not change at all, which were completely template emails automatically sent by the system.
