Try to link my new account.

So my last apex account got hacked. So im making a new one. everytime i try to link my NEW xbox "XxREBORNxX" to my ea account it keeps saying " Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for aw*****@gmail.com was previously linked to the Xbox account for SUBDU3 LIFE. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime." so then i make a new email and everything, log out completely and everywhere that the subdue life account is logged in at, so its no longer on my device, and when i try again i get the same message. no matter how many times i make a new email or anything, i keep getting the same message. it doesnt even give me a chance to log into the new xbox account.

  • @KillaMafia To the person or team that will be helping, yes this is me on both accounts. I need someona to forcefully unlink my xbox account off this ea account so i can link my xbox account to the killamafia one. Killamafia is my original account.

    You will need to contact either EA help advisor or submit a ticket on hacked accounts. Other than the advice posted below no one here on AHQ can provide any other assistance regarding account issues. 

    Make sure you have all the necessary account info to verify your account ownership. 

    Of note is this info: You can only link one type of platform account to your EA Account once in its lifetime. For example, if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can't link a different Xbox gamertag to the same account in the future.

    With that in mind you really need to recover the hacked account.

    No problem glad to help out. That is why we are all here, to help each other out.

    While "talking" with the EA advisor from help you might want to ask what the status of the account is, that is if it has had a sanction/ban placed on it. This happens to lots of accounts that have been hacked. They might be able to help with getting any possible bans lifted or they may direct you to submit a ticket/dispute with the ToS team.

    If you have to submit a ticket to get the ban lifted after you have recovered and re-secured your account make sure you keep copies of all the info/-email etc from the account recovery process for submitting the Ban dispute if need be. 

    Just in case you need it: If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    Please let me know by replying and tagging me in this thread if you get your account back and if a sanction was placed on it if you got it removed. 

    This why I will know that 1. you are doing great and back to gaming and 2. I will know how to better help others out that have a similar problem.
