Unable to connet to EA Servers
Hi, I'm not sure if the problem is from my account, from steam, from my internet, ...but I'm unable to login to Apex, from Steam, it's says "Unable to connect to EA Servers (Code Anti-cheat authentication timeout). Please check your Internet connection and try again...." From what I checked the servers are up and running, but I saw that there is AWS outage. Anyway I played with 1 night before and was working and my Internet connection was the same as today.
@ everyone, Its a widespread outage with Amazon's web services as Amazon, Alexa, Fortnite, and many other platform and games are experiencing the same issue.If the service/game you are using right now uses Amazon's web services, you won't be able to connect until Amazon fixes it.Update #1 (6AM CST): Looks like the Amazon web services are back online now. Hopefully no one has trouble getting back into the game!
Update #2 (6:45PM CST): Apparently this was caused by a massive DDOS attack and I'm not sure if the servers are fully back up either.[Marked as the solution for visibility only]
