Unable to login to Apex Legends due to login credentials might have expired

When trying to start Apex Legends, it keeps telling me that my login credentials might have expired.  I reset my password about 7 times now, log into my EA account but then get the same error message...

Hi Barry,

Thank you for your reply.  When going through the steps, the only contact option available for this issue is to visit this forum and seek assistance here.  Is there another option that I should use instead?
