Hi, I’ve been trying to buy some Apex coins, but whenever I go into the store I find that everything is unavailable. My platform is steam PC

I've contacted both steam and EA support, they both have no idea what the issue is lol.
Steam said everything checks out on their end and told me to contact EA.
EA said that it is steam's end that is the problem.
So what are we gonna do? That’s really annoying..
