Unfair ban and the worst service team ever

I recently got a permanent ban on Apex Legends. I have tried to create multiple cases, but no luck. I have also been trying to unlink the account but no success. 

A player from my own team called me a * on voicechat since I messed up the landing slightly. He then asked me not me stay anywhere near them and go far away to play solo. Having experienced such toxicity before from the so called ethical accounts of EA, who follow all the terms of service, I decided to respect his demands and went to play solo. Later when I died , he asked 'How did you die, *?'. My reply to this was 'I am a *'. ( The comments made by my teammate were on voicechat. I typed the message) (I have stopped using mic against strangers cause if I do, then I will be racially abused) This statement did not mean any offense to my teammates nor the remaining 57 players in the lobby during that game. It was just to reply to a toxic bully.How is it fair to me? You guarantee a good playing experience and then because of not monitoring voice chat, such cases get overlooked and a false judgement might get passed.

The important thing here is since your team does not monitor voice chat, the people who really need to get banned keep playing the game and immigrants like me who have a foreign accent, constantly get racially abused, called a terrorist get unfair bans for standing upto such toxicity. 

In my opinion,I have done nothing wrong. If you still feel that the account ban should stay, I respect your decision. But considering the scenario, shouldn't I be given a chance to at least unlink the account from my Playstation? 

I love this game a lot and even though it has some issues like this,I want to keep playing. 

I have never cheated, nor will. My only request is to get another opportunity at this. 

All the skins and heirlooms I had collected  have already been lost. I request you to give me an opportunity to keep playing multiplayer EA games.
