Unfairly banned ?

Dear Apex Legends Community,

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent ban on my Apex Legends account. I have been accused of cheating, which I vehemently deny. I have played this game for many months and have always tried to maintain a positive and fair gaming environment.

To my surprise, I received a notification that my account had been banned without any prior warning or explanation. I have contacted EA Support multiple times to ask for an explanation and to request a review of my ban, but I have been met with the same automated response that they "cannot do anything" about it.

I feel that this ban is unjust and unfair, as I have not engaged in any activities that would violate the terms of service. I have not used any third-party software or exploits, and I have always played the game in good faith.

I am writing this public post in the hope that someone from EA or the Apex Legends community will see it and help me to resolve this issue. I believe that I have been wrongly accused, and I deserve a fair and transparent review of my ban.

I would appreciate any support or advice that anyone can offer in this matter. I am eager to get back to playing Apex Legends and would like to thank the community for their understanding and support.

  • nobody here can or will help you. the default response is to create a ticket and send it to EA. all of my case challenges have been denied as well. Maybe the people who actually work for this company who are on here should notice this recent uptick and false bans and mention something to their bosses.

    EA can't help you through the forums, heres a list of instructions you can follow to further look into your punishment given.

    1.Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
    2. Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
    3. Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
    4. Choose your platform.
    5. Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
    6. Fill out any additional details
    7. Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
    Click the + sign.
    8. Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
