Hi, I lost access to my xbox account, can you remove it to merge a new account?

please follow this instruction in order to unlink your accounts:

Please be aware that this could cause issues with Apex specifically.
In addition, you won't be able to link another Xbox account to your EA account, as you can only link one console account of a kind with an EA account in its lifespan.
