Very Low GPU Usage and FPS only in Apex

When I open Apex, the GPU Usage is never higher than 40%. And no matter what the resolution is, the FPS is never higher than 10fps. However, the other games have no such issue. And I have confirmed that my Apex is using my GTX 1070  rather than my HD630 in 7700hq. 

Is there any solution for this problem?

    @Glamorgannn Could you verify your hardware and that your drivers/os is all-up-to-date?

    Yeh I’ve confirmed all my drivers are updated. And all my games work very well except Alex. What do you think is the problem?
