Was banned for cheating for no reason and still not gotten any response (Fixed)

Sorry to hear you haven't heard back from your case.

Just to confirm, have you followed the steps given here to appeal your ban.

Some email responses can get routed to the junk, spam, or promotional/social folders for some email providers.

The Terms of Service team tries to send out a reply within 5 business days but this could tame longer in some cases.
If the ban was a false positive, they will lift the ban no worries,you will get a reply 😉

@Zeelmaekers hey man i actually just got unbanned righ exactly now. I sent a third mail and i got a fast answer and they explained that they made a mistake and that they gave my account back and that they are sry for what happened 🙂

  @OmgItsOralB They’ll send a mail telling you that they are sorry for the suspension they put on your account and that they only did it because they suspected something which ended up not being anything serious. This should be the mail you get if you now haven’t used any cheats
