Was banned for cheating for no reason and still not gotten any response (Fixed)

So basically I was just out with my friends last weekend and ate some nice dinner. I open my phone to see that I’ve gotten a mail from EA. I didn’t know what it was just though it was some news about...

@Zeelmaekers hey man i actually just got unbanned righ exactly now. I sent a third mail and i got a fast answer and they explained that they made a mistake and that they gave my account back and that they are sry for what happened 🙂

what was the email they used so i know what to look for?

    @OmgItsOralB They’ll send a mail telling you that they are sorry for the suspension they put on your account and that they only did it because they suspected something which ended up not being anything serious. This should be the mail you get if you now haven’t used any cheats

      ive sent 3 so far and theyre all in progress, and what was the email that was used? e.ea.com? or like help.ea.com?

        @OmgItsOralB The mail they are using is the “customer experience” e mail. This is specified for mails based on the results on a solved case.
