This particular status could indicate someone else previously got into your account at some point. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible just to make sure no one's potentially still in your account or system.
Usually once that's detected, your account would get locked to make sure no one's able to access it until we can verify who should have access. At this point you'll want to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
