As far I'm aware, players don't get banned for playing with cheaters unless it's intentional.
These types of things happen more often, so I do not think you have to worry a lot.
As XHelperX said, they don't take action if you aren't doing it intentionally.
Cases that do get actioned are for example queuing up with cheaters to get a higher rank.
