Hi @Mr-Stove-Oven,
Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference at all? If there's anything else running that could be related to the crashes that could help to get around it. You can find more information on how to set one up over at the EA Help website.
If you're still running into the same crashes after that can you share a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more information on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.
Thanks!
/Kent
I already have it running on a clean boot so that shouldn't be a problem. I ran a dxdiag so hopefully we can get this fixed. Thank you

Thanks for following up! Apologies for the delayed reply on this.
Have you had the chance to try clearing your Steam cache to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where that can do the trick with crashes like this as well. For more details on how to clear it check out the Steam Support website.
Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thank you!

thank you for continuing to try. I cleared the steam cashe and tried it again and it still didn't work. I ended up doing all types of restarting steam and clearing cashe and redownloading the game but nothing seems to work. I am really confused at why this doesn't seem to work and i am really hoping that it is not my components causing the problem but every other game works so i dont know.
Thank you for any more help.
