Whole PC freezes on startup every time

Question

I have had this issue for 3 weeks or so. Every time from steam I launch Apex and where it reaches the little rectangle window before the start button screen. When it reaches this screen it does the initializing game three dots loading and then the waiting for game three dots but every time it reaches this part it freezes my whole PC. Like literally can't task manager, can't move anything. Everything just freezes and I have to force restart my pc with the button.

Please I have tried updating graphics drivers, verifying game file and reinstalling. Any fixes?

Try this; it worked for meIt turned out to be launch options causing Apex to freeze the whole system.What fixed it for me was removing all old launch options and forcing Apex to run on DirectX 11 instead of DirectX 12, which is more stable on some systems.What I did in Steam:Open Steam and go to Library&nbsp;Right click Apex Legends and open Properties&nbsp;Go to Launch Options&nbsp;Remove everything that is already there&nbsp;Add only this line:&nbsp; &nbsp;-eac_launcher_settings SettingsDX11.jsonScreenshot of Apex Lunch Options in SteamAfter restarting my PC and launching Apex, the freezing stopped completely, and the game works normally again.If anyone is getting full system freezes in the lobby, I really recommend checking launch options and trying DX11.
