Why did my account reset and all progress loss

i was level 61 or 62 and was on rank gold and now I’m back to level 1 and brown on rank. it said rank split? I’m so confused plz tell me i can fix this somehow ☹️( I’ve been grinding for a week 😔 it...

    @killemg6 Yeh I had to do the training again but I lost like level 150 and all ranked

    i saw a couple comments saying something about it being the linking account or sync and that if you keep playing it should go back to normal
