2 Xbox accounts in 1 EA Account

Me and my brothers Xbox accounts were connected to his EA account and we just recently disconnected mine from his and I lost all my stuff from doing so. Is there any way I could get my data back or am I dead in the water (I had an heirloom and a lot of cool stuff). Also somehow all my Siege stuff was still there, Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
