Why did my account reset and all progress loss

i was level 61 or 62 and was on rank gold and now I’m back to level 1 and brown on rank. it said rank split? I’m so confused plz tell me i can fix this somehow ☹️( I’ve been grinding for a week 😔 it...

    same here for my brother he was level 150 and totally restarted and battle pass too
