why does all my sound trun off when i open apex

i have a problem... When i open apex all my sounds on my  pc turn off including discord, my google tabs and more. but the weird thing is i have voice mod installed to my pc and once i pull my volume ...

@haystack2244 Can you try putting your PC in a Clean Boot and seeing if this still happens?

i am having the same problem as haystack does anyone know how to fix it. i also have voice mod downloaded

    Same I really don't know why but I think that the apex thinks a third party software is running in the back ground and since it is a voice mod then surly that is the reason but I have deleted my voice mod and this is still happening and no matter what I do it wont fix I am losing my mind I am going to throw my computer into the wall If I can't get it working again.
